No — anyone can book a bay at SwingBack VGolf. Simply reserve your time online and show up during our standard hours (7am–midnight daily). Memberships are optional but unlock 24/7 access, advance booking, and significant savings on hourly rates.

How do I access the facility?
You don't need a keycode or key card. When your session is booked, you'll receive a personal access link by email. You can also download the SwingBack VGolf app, where a button in the app opens your bay door directly. One tap and you're in.

What are the hours for non-members?
Non-members can access the facility and their booked bay between 7am and midnight, seven days a week.

What are the hours for members?
Members enjoy 24/7 access — any hour, any day. Early morning, late night, holidays — your membership never restricts when you can play.

Is there a discount for new members?
Yes — every membership is 50% off your first month. The Players membership is $87.50 for month one (normally $175). The Pro membership is $175 for month one (normally $350). No long-term contract required.

What simulator technology do you use?
We use Full Swing golf simulators — the same brand trusted by Tiger Woods and PGA Tour professionals. Every shot is tracked for ball speed, spin, launch angle, and club path with professional-grade accuracy.

How many people can use a bay?
Each private bay comfortably fits up to 4 players. Members can bring up to 3 guests per session (guest fees may apply depending on membership tier).

How much does it cost to rent a golf simulator bay?
Bay rentals at SwingBack VGolf are $65/hour. This includes access to a private bay, Full Swing simulator technology, the full course library, and up to 3 guests at no extra charge.

Do I need a membership to book?
No — anyone can book a bay by the hour. Simply reserve online, create your SwingBack VGolf account, and follow your confirmation instructions to access your bay. Memberships are optional and offer 24/7 access, advance booking, and lower rates for frequent players.

What are the hours for non-members?
Non-member bookings are available between 7am and midnight daily. Members enjoy 24/7 access around the clock.

How do I access my bay when I arrive?
You don't need a keycode or key card. When your booking is confirmed you'll receive a personal access button by email. You can also download the SwingBack VGolf app where a button in the app opens your bay door directly. One tap and you're in.

Can I bring guests?
Yes — every booking accommodates up to 8 people total (you plus 7 guests). The first 3 guests are included at no charge. Guests 4 through 7 are $15/person for hourly rentals, $10/person for Players members, and $5/person for Pro members.

How far in advance can I book?
Non-members can book based on current availability. Players members can book up to 14 days in advance. Pro members can book up to 30 days in advance.

Every new membership — both Players and Pro — is 50% off your first month. The Players membership is $87.50 for month one (normally $175). The Pro membership is $175 for month one (normally $350). The discount applies automatically at checkout.

Can I bring guests?
